Revolution Health & Fitness is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Café Attendant / Smoothie Bar Associate to help operate our brand-new in-club café.
Our café will serve members and guests a variety of fresh, fitness-focused beverages including protein shakes, smoothies, fresh juices, and pre-workout drinks, along with convenient ready-made meals.
We are looking for someone who is organized, personable, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean and professional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Café Attendant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the café, including:
- Preparing protein shakes, smoothies, juices, and pre-workout beverages according to recipes and standards
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service to members and guests
- Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and processing customer transactions
- Managing the electronic cash till and maintaining accurate transaction records
- Selling ready-made, pre-packaged meals and heating meals in a microwave oven when requested
- Preparing and organizing the kitchen and café area before and throughout each shift
- Monitoring ingredient, beverage, meal, and supply inventory
- Restocking products and notifying management when inventory needs to be reordered
- Maintaining proper product rotation and monitoring expiration dates
- Keeping the café counter, kitchen, equipment, appliances, storage areas, and customer-facing areas exceptionally clean and organized
- Washing and sanitizing utensils, containers, blenders, equipment, and food-preparation surfaces
- Following proper food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Completing opening and/or closing procedures
- Maintaining an attractive, fully stocked retail display of ready-made meals and beverages
- Helping ensure the café consistently reflects the premium atmosphere and service standards of Revolution Health & Fitness

- Able to follow recipes and prepare drinks consistently

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced health and fitness environment
- Able to keep accurate inventory and recognize when products or supplies are running low
- Willing to learn about our drinks, ingredients, products, and nutritional offerings
- Able to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service
Previous experience in a smoothie bar, café, juice bar, restaurant, coffee shop, food service, retail, or customer-service environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Starting at $17 per hour
