Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring for an Inventory Control Analyst in Mesquite, Texas. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing inventory trends, and ensuring optimal stock levels to support production and customer demand. This role collaborates with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory processes.

• Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across systems and physical counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct a root cause analysis of inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update inventory databases and ERP systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Support cycle counting and physical inventory audits.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Analyze inventory turnover, aging, and obsolescence.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce waste and improve accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of inventory control or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Prophecy).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work in a customer-driven and safety-conscious organization.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities within the workday.
• Ability to physically meet the requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).
