Solar Sales Representative – O‘ahu

Compensation: $80,000–$170,000 per year (performance-based)

The Role
As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll help Hawai‘i families transition to clean energy, gain energy independence and resilience, and make their ‘hales’ a more comfortable place to call home.
We’re looking for candidates with proven sales success. While solar experience is helpful, it is not necessary. We have the tools to help you learn quickly how to design solutions to meet your client’s needs.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect for new customers. While RevoluSun has a non-door knocking policy, we support lunch & learns, community events, referral prospecting, and social media outreach.
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations.
- Deliver tailored solar storage, solar hot water, and air conditioning solutions.
- Build long-term customer relationships and referrals while developing strategies to reach new prospective customers.
- Uphold our values of honesty, transparency, and community accountability.
- Achieve sales goals with strong team support.
What You Bring
- 1 years of related sales experience (solar experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of Hawai‘i solar incentives, battery programs, and financing.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and trust-building skills.
