Revolt Solution Inc is a business and client development firm and is expanding its Austin sales team with an Entry Level Account Manager role focused on helping customers maximize their AT&T services while overseeing a sales and account team. The Entry Level Account Manager will learn account management while supporting customers with AT&T’s products.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, our training develops your expertise in AT&T's fiber options while teaching proven strategies for managing customer accounts. The Entry Level Account Manager will own a portfolio of accounts, conducting check-ins to ensure satisfaction and troubleshoot service concerns. Candidates who are comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish are encouraged to apply, as this role may involve assisting a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Maintain and manage accounts by discussing their AT&T Fiber options, then recommending solutions that enhance their experience.
- Communicate with customers in English and Spanish as needed to provide support and answer general questions.
- Grow accounts by identifying opportunities to add AT&T services, such as upgrading to a family plan or adding home internet for better coverage.
- Assist customers in managing their accounts, from selecting new devices to adjusting plans, ensuring they feel supported at every step.
- Help oversee the sales team and coach new sales representatives.
- Follow up with customers to review their AT&T account performance, using feedback to suggest improvements or additional services.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers is a strong plus.
- Experience in sales or account management is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to explain AT&T services clearly.
- Eager to develop skills in account management and sales.
Pay: $52,105.10 - $61,341.63 per year
