Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Skilled Laborer to join our landscaping team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position involving a variety of landscaping tasks. No prior experience is required-just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping tasks including lawn mowing, string trimming, edging, mulching, digging, raking, and land clearing
- Build and assist in the construction of retaining walls and other hardscaping features
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Lift, push, pull, and carry loads up to 50 pounds or more regularly
- Work on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow instructions and work well with a small team
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- No previous landscaping experience required-training will be provided
