About the Role
Revolt Financial is seeking a polished, high-energy Office Manager who is highly fluent in modern workplace technology, AI tools, and digital workflows. This person will keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes and identify smarter, faster ways to work by using automation, AI-assisted productivity tools, and strong systems thinking. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends executive support, office management, workplace technology, and operational project management. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, anticipates needs, proactively manages priorities, and brings structure and problem-solving to help the team operate smoothly and professionally.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative, office management, workplace technology, and project support across multiple business verticals, driving coordination, organization, and execution across the business
- Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, scheduling flow, and follow-through to ensure time and attention stay focused on the highest-priority initiatives
- Use AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency, support meeting follow-up, and reduce manual administrative work
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, smarter systems use, and process standardization
- Support day-to-day office operations and help ensure the in-person environment is organized, well-run, and professional
- Partner with leadership to implement and maintain tech-enabled systems that improve communication, project visibility, and team productivity
- Support workplace technology administration, including employee onboarding setup, account provisioning, permissions, and coordination across devices, software, and systems
- Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure execution stays on track
- Support operational projects and special initiatives as needed
- Maintain CRM data integrity and support oversight of key systems
- Assist with the coordination of recruiting, marketing, and insurance initiatives
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and other time-sensitive follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or leadership team in an office manager, executive assistant, or operational capacity
- Highly proficient in workplace technology, including CRM systems, project management platforms, onboarding and access tools, and AI-enabled software such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Business, Zoom AI Companion, and Canva
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to use these tools to streamline workflows, improve communication, and increase visibility
- Confident in troubleshooting workplace technology and coordinating setup for laptops, phones, access credentials, software accounts, and employee productivity tools
- Brings structure, follow-through, and accountability in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to manage up, anticipate needs, and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working independently while remaining responsive, reliable, and proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively across leadership, internal teams, and external partners
- Operates with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism, including when handling sensitive information and using AI or digital tools
- Strong attention to detail, a high level of polish, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Prior financial services, recruiting, office management, or entrepreneurial exposure is preferred
