We are committed to biblical teaching, community impact, and developing leaders for the Kingdom of God.Position SummaryThe Worship Pastor will lead and oversee all aspects of the worship and production ministries, cultivating a dynamic, Spirit-led environment while ensuring services are executed with excellence and clarity. This leader will build, equip, and support teams of musicians, vocalists, and technical volunteers while working closely with the Lead Pastor to support the overall vision of the church.Depending on gifting, experience, and calling, this role may expand to include preaching and teaching responsibilities, which may influence whether the role is structured as part-time or full-time.
