CDL-A Team Driver | FedEx Ground | $100K/Year

SIGN-ON BONUS OFFER Plus $1.10 per mile now through 9/1/26 for the first 4 hires. Miles average 2,500 per week. REVO Ground, formerly Wade Transport Company, was founded in 2006 as a small family-owned trucking company. In 2016, the company was acquired by a multi-company logistics group that specializes in ground transportation all along the west coast. Today, REVO Ground provides exclusive service to FedEx Ground – Line Haul domiciled in the Portland, OR area.

We are seeking a Class A CDL TEAM Driver to join REVO. The ideal candidate is a safe and reliable driver; experience working for a FedEx contractor is a plus!

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Alternate driving a tractor-trailer with an assigned co-driver to and from stations across US.
• Practice safe driving at all times; obey driving laws.
• Complete pre and post-trip inspections during every shift.
• Ensure trucks are cleaned at the end of each shift.
• Professionally represent the company when at customer’s warehouses and while working with colleagues.
• Report to work on time; provide ample notice to supervisor if unable to work.
• Actively communicate with supervisor and customer on job-related matters when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 1 yr. of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 yrs., or 5 yrs. of experience in the last 10 yrs.
• Valid Class A CDL License
• Doubles Endorsement
• Active DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record, background record, and drug screen
• At least 21 years of age.
• Current or former FedEx Ground driver, preferred.

WORK DEMANDS

• Work is performed driving a tractor (95%) and at waiting at a terminal (5%).
• Subject to sitting for a long period of time, up to 11 hours per day including repetitive arm movements, climbing into and out of a tractor.
• May be subject to occasional pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 70 lbs. due to conversion of dollies to build double trailer sets and/or attachment of tire chains during snow seasons.
