POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Kitchen Staff Member at our Lebanon location, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable flavors and experiences. You'll prepare an array of bold menu items that excite our guests' palates, all while working efficiently in our fast-paced, dynamic kitchen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute menu items accurately and efficiently, adhering to standardized recipes and plating specifications
- Maintain consistently high food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Demonstrate creativity in food preparation, contributing ideas for menu development and specials
- Manage your station effectively during service periods, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflows and expedite orders
- Assist with inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of food items
- Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and storage areas
- Comply with all relevant health department regulations and company food safety policies
- Participate in ongoing culinary training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Assist in mentoring and training new kitchen team members
- Stay informed about culinary trends and techniques relevant to our menu offerings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Kitchen experience environment
- Proficiency in various cooking methods, knife skills, and kitchen equipment operation
- Strong understanding of food and flavor profiles
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Culinary school training is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.
Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
