Role Description The Outreach Specialist is responsible for engaging healthcare providers and practice staff to promote RevMedics’ revenue cycle services and strengthen client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY, requiring regular in-person collaboration with internal teams and local stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and in person, scheduling and coordinating meetings or presentations, and following up on inquiries to ensure timely responses. The role involves maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, preparing simple reports on engagement outcomes, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives by sharing feedback from practices. The Outreach Specialist will also collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to ongoing service delivery.
Qualifications
- Client engagement and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with healthcare providers and practice staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present services, explain processes, and respond to questions in a concise and confident manner.
