The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our business operations, office management, and finance coordination. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, working closely with leadership, our external accounting group, and company vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our external accounting partners on purchase orders, invoices, and reporting.
- Support finance and operational workflows, including payments, contracts, and compliance tracking.
- Manage day-to-day office logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site meeting support.
- Oversee travel arrangements, event planning, and board meeting logistics.
- Serve as a central point of contact for IT coordination, new hire onboarding, and general administrative support.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative operations, office management, or finance coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks, DocuSign, and financial workflows preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
