VIP Sales Representative

REVLR Nightlife is a start-up technology platform specializing in the nightlife industry. We seek a highly motivated and well-connected Sales Representative to join our team. If you deeply understand the nightclub scene and are well-connected with nightclubs in the city, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to make contact and establish a relationship with General Managers and VIP Managers of nightclubs in Philadelphia. You will play a crucial role in generating warm leads for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the local nightlife community and a solid understanding of the bottle service process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the nightclub industry.
• Identify and obtain contact information for General Managers and VIP Managers of nightclubs.
• Develop a database of warm leads for our tech services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively pursued.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the nightclub scene.

Requirements:

• Strong connections within the local nightclub industry in Philadelphia.
• Knowledge of the nightclub industry and the bottle service process.
• Previous experience as a VIP Manager, nightclub manager, or bottle server is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and intentional.
• A passion for the nightlife and entertainment industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

This is a fully commissioned position, offering competitive commission rates. The potential for growth and increased earning potential is significant for the right candidate. A percentage of the contract is paid out for each Venue signed from the Sales Representative's lead. Your earnings will be directly tied to your ability to generate quality leads for the company.

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
