Conduct discovery calls to understand customer goals, timelines, and financial profile.
Present clear loan options using Revix’s proposal tools, focusing on payment, cash flow, and total cost savings, never just rate.
Advise customers on loan programs (conventional, FHA, VA, second liens, and non-QM, where applicable) within company and regulatory guidelines.
Take and structure complete loan applications and coordinate smooth handoffs to processing.
Use our CRM and LOS as designed to log calls, update statuses, and follow communication cadences.
Collaborate with processors, junior processors, and leadership to keep files moving and customers informed. Participate in regular pipeline reviews and coaching sessions to improve conversion and customer experience.

Strong phone presence and the ability to simplify complex mortgage concepts for customers.
Proven history of converting qualified leads to funded loans.
