Full-Time | $15–$20 per hour
Revix is building out a manufacturing facility in Farmville, VA and is looking for a dependable, hands-on Building Maintenance Technician.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with tools, enjoys fixing things, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-functioning workspace.
We are seeking someone reliable who can work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities. This is steady, full-time work with long-term opportunity as our operations expand.
Early team members will have the opportunity to grow with the company as Revix continues to develop its manufacturing operations.
This position may be a good fit for candidates with experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, construction laborer, facility maintenance worker, or general trades helper.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Interior and exterior painting and surface preparation
- Light electrical and plumbing tasks as needed
- Assist with small facility improvement and setup projects
- Support ongoing upkeep of the building and surrounding workspace
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, construction, or hands-on mechanical experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
