Part Time Cleaner-On Call Floater (24HR Notice)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is an ON CALL-FLOATER position with no set hours. We will provide 24-hour call notice for work assignments. Potential for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in various settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Execute commercial and residential cleaning duties, including, but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Provide custodial services by managing waste disposal and replenishing supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Assist with porter duties, ensuring that facilities are presentable and welcoming at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and equipment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work Saturdays (required), evening shifts, and overnight shifts.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) strongly preferred. (Lead position advantage)
