The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails professionally
- Schedule inspections, repairs, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with technicians, estimators, and management
- Maintain customer records, job files, and insurance documents
- Assist with invoicing, basic data entry, and internal reporting
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive or insurance experience is a plus, not required
Compensation
$20-25 an hour depending on experience
Hours
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
