Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Phone Repair Technician / Retail Associate to join our team. Prior phone repair experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and has strong technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones and other electronic devices (screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain repair processes to customers
- Assist customers with retail purchases, including accessories and device sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle transactions using the POS system
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Previous phone repair experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic technical knowledge of smartphones and electronics
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
