Department: Service Provider Reporting to: Location Director

GENERAL SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing an outstanding level of guest care and services, educating guests on our products, specials, and company programs, offering guests additional service opportunities, all while following all company policies and procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Services
Massage therapy and enhancements to include hot stones, cupping, Body Treatments to include wraps and scrubs (training provided)

Guest Experience
Welcoming guest and providing consultation at start of each appointment in a warm, sincere manner, performing services to Revive standard, educating guest on products used during treatment, suggesting a home care routine to each guest, accompanying each guest to front desk at end of each appointment and suggesting personalized return date

Sales
Up-selling, Rebooking, Retail, Gift Cards, Referrals, Specials & Promotions, Continued Product Training

General
Maintaining a clean and clutter free work area at all times.
Following all health guidelines and Revive policies
Maintaining an active Massage Therapy license
Break Room - clean up after yourself when on break, lunch, etc.

Job Specifications
Brand Code/Dress Code - the ability to maintain and present a fashionable, professional image following our brand code requirements of dress, hair, etc.
Continued Education - learning new products and services as they are introduced
The ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
Constantly being self-motivated and open to change and growth
The ability to build and maintain positive, healthy interpersonal relationships with other team members.

Special Position Requirements
Quarterly company-wide meetings
Occasional workshops off-site
One-on-one meetings / review tracking/goals

Working Conditions
On a regular basis, requires the ability to walk, ability to stand for 8-10 hours, reach with hand and arms, ability to lift and/or move 50lbs, tolerate spa fragrances.
On an occasional basis, requires the ability to climb a ladder and balance.
On a frequent basis, requires the ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
