Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced aesthetic RN who combines outstanding clinical skills with exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, enjoys educating patients, values teamwork, and understands that lasting patient relationships are built through trust, professionalism, and consistent results.
Role Overview
This is a part-time or full-time, on-site position in Torrance. The RN will provide injectable treatments, laser procedures, IV therapy, and other aesthetic and wellness services while helping create an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments within your scope of practice and established protocols.
- Perform laser and other energy-based aesthetic treatments.
- Administer IV therapy and support wellness services.
- Conduct patient assessments and review medical histories.
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations, skincare, wellness therapies, and post-procedure care.
- Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate documentation, informed consents, and treatment records.
- Collaborate with physicians, NPs, PAs, and the clinical team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and infection control.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous medical aesthetics experience is required.
- Experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments.
- Experience with laser and/or energy-based aesthetic devices.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while exercising sound clinical judgment.
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMR).
- IV therapy experience strongly preferred.
