Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Rhode Island Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

*Candidates must have non-restricted DEA and Rhode Island Control Substance licenses. No sanctions on NP/RN licenses. Must be Board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and have a current license to practice in Rhode Island. Must have graduated from an accredited NP program and has obtained a Master’s Degree or Doctorate degree in Nursing*
