Responsibilities
- Install and repair drywall with precision
- Perform interior and exterior painting tasks
- Install flooring using appropriate materials and methods
- Execute trim and finish carpentry work
- Carry out basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Complete tile installation and framing duties
- Manage demolition and thorough job site cleanup
- Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
- Operate standard hand, power, and specialized trade equipment following safety standards
- Travel frequently between multiple job locations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in renovation or construction
- Ability to work independently and in a team of 2-4 members
- Reliable transportation for frequent travel between sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and punctuality
