Role Description This full-time remote Territory Manager role is responsible for driving sales growth and market development within an assigned geographic region. The Territory Manager will prospect and qualify new accounts, build long-term relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas, and present Revive’s technology portfolio through product demonstrations and educational consultations. The role includes developing territory business plans, forecasting and reporting on sales performance, and collaborating with clinical and marketing teams to support successful product adoption. The Territory Manager will regularly conduct virtual and in-person meetings, attend industry events and trainings as needed, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in territory management, account development, and consultative selling in medical aesthetics or related healthcare markets.
- Experience with relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and customer success, including working with physicians and practice staff.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical and technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, and standard office software to manage pipelines, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage travel within the territory, and prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic technology sales is highly beneficial; experience with energy-based or regenerative therapies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
