We’re seeking hard working people, comfortable working on ladders up to 32’. The position is expected to start early April 2026, and we welcome conversations with candidates who like to plan ahead.

Responsibilities
- Complete daily jobs efficiently and to company standards
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
- Perform detailed work with consistency and care
- Document jobs thoroughly with notes for future visits
- Problem-solve in the field and think ahead
Pay & Benefits
- $30–$60/hour depending on experience & performance
- 12% commission accompanied with an hourly base
