Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical operations and support our growing team. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and is passionate about both wellness and aesthetics.
The Clinical Manager will ensure smooth clinic flow, maintain high standards of care, support staff development, and enhance the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations for primary care, weight loss, and med spa services
- Supervise and support clinical staff (MAs, LVNs/RNs, injectors, providers)
- Ensure efficient patient flow, rooming, and treatment processes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (eClinicalWorks preferred)
- Monitor and enforce clinical protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA compliance
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and tracking of medical and aesthetic supplies
- Train and onboard new clinical staff, ensuring competency in procedures and workflows
- Support providers with patient care, treatments, and procedures as needed
- Ensure proper handling of labs, specimens, and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, patient satisfaction, and clinic performance
- Assist in implementing new services, treatments, and protocols
Qualifications
- Active clinical license (LVN, RN, or equivalent) preferred
- 2 years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in primary care, med spa, or outpatient settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks a plus)
- Strong knowledge of vital signs, injections, phlebotomy, and general clinical procedures
- Experience with aesthetic services (Botox, fillers, weight loss programs) is a plus
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
