Revive Implant Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Mt. Juliet, TN. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and passionate about exceptional customer service. Dental experience is not required—we will train the right person.
About the Role
The Patient Experience Coordinator is the first impression of our practice. You will greet patients, guide them through their visit, and help make every appointment feel comfortable, professional, and 5-star. This position is focused on hospitality, not clinical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for
- Guide patients through check-in and available amenities
- Maintain a positive flow and atmosphere in the reception area
- Answer incoming calls as needed and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
- Support the front desk team with light administrative tasks
