Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Catalog Developer & Marketing Specialist to support the ongoing development and execution of Revive Home Brands' catalog initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing both print and digital catalogs, including updating existing content, editing product information, and developing new catalog material. You will also support the Online Order Entry (OOE) catalog through the use of Quick Catalog Creator (QCC).
Beyond catalog production, this position plays a key role in broader marketing efforts, contributing to a variety of initiatives designed to strengthen brand presence, engage customers, and drive sales. This is an exciting opportunity to blend technical catalog development with strategic marketing execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Functions
- Update the PDF brand catalogs using InDesign and Microsoft Access, including editing text, fonts, pages, links, images, and other content elements
- Migrate the Microsoft Access catalog to InDesign
- Update and maintain catalogs on an ongoing basis
- Manage and prioritize catalog edit and update requests from multiple teams
- Identify and resolve catalog discrepancies; recommend and implement improvements
- Collaborate with team members and vendors on technical content
- Coordinate and contribute with various teams on QCC content and updates as needed for the OOE catalog
- Manage project timelines and ensure key milestones are met
- Deliver high-quality work on schedule while managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new software, cabinetry terminology, and other relevant tools or systems
- Photograph product, marketing content, as required
- Provide photo editing in Photoshop and assistance with in-house photoshoots
- Create marketing brochures in InDesign
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including but not limited to Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience with editing, writing, and proofreading
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, including but not limited to Excel
- Strong organizational skills, especially regarding digital assets
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality, professional, and clear content
Pay: $ $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
