Position Overview
The Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator is the face and first impression of Revive Health and Wellness. This role is essential to creating a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient—from the first phone call to checkout. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced medical and aesthetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages in a timely and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments for medical, wellness, and aesthetic services
- Verify patient information, insurance (when applicable), and required forms
- Collect payments, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Educate patients on basic services, policies, and next steps as needed
- Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive, friendly demeanor
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and EMR systems
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a busy environment
- Sales or med spa experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist a diverse client base
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail in proofreading documents
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality
- Social media marketing skills are a plus, but not required
