Position Overview

The Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator is the face and first impression of Revive Health and Wellness. This role is essential to creating a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient—from the first phone call to checkout. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced medical and aesthetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages in a timely and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments for medical, wellness, and aesthetic services
  • Verify patient information, insurance (when applicable), and required forms
  • Collect payments, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Educate patients on basic services, policies, and next steps as needed
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive, friendly demeanor
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and EMR systems
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a busy environment
  • Sales or med spa experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist a diverse client base
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail in proofreading documents
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality
  • Social media marketing skills are a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
