Cafe Team Member

Position Summary:

The Cafe Crew Member plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and positive

experience for all guests. This position involves preparing beverages and food items, maintaining

cleanliness and organization, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and light food items according to company recipes

and presentation standards.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, customer-facing setting. Requires flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.72 - $26.15 per hour
