Position SummaryThe Case Manager/COTA supports children and caregivers through occupational therapy interventions under the clinical supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This role emphasizes functional skill building, child development, daily routines, and housing retention to promote long-term family stability. Reports to the FUSE Clinical Program Lead. Receives clinical supervision from the Occupational Therapist.Position Responsibilities• Provide OT interventions focused on daily living skills, sensory regulation, strengths-based routines and environmental supports• Coach caregivers in stress management and supporting children’s developmental needs• Assist with screenings and functional assessments under OT supervision• Deliver consultation and modeling to shelter staff to support trauma-responsive care• Support coordination with education, healthcare and community resources• Maintain documentation in accordance with OT standards and DFSS requirementsQualifications• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required• Experience supporting children and families strongly preferred• Knowledge of trauma-informed and strengths-based practices• Strong communication and collaboration skills• Bilingual Spanish preferredCompensation and BenefitsUp to $65,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience and credentialsFull benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance and 403(b) with employer contributionPaid Time Off per policyWorking ConditionsRequires travel across multiple service locations, shelters and client homes.
