Whether you're experienced or looking to grow your career in manufacturing, we offer a strong foundation and clear path for advancement.What You'll Be Doing:Set up and operate production machines safely and efficientlyMonitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as neededInspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMaintain accurate production and quality recordsPerform basic machine maintenance and cleaningFollow all safety, quality, and company policies on the shop floorWork collaboratively with team leads, quality inspectors, and other operatorsWhat We’re Looking For:Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferredBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand toolsAbility to read and follow instructions, measurements, or simple blueprintsComfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbsPunctual, reliable, and ready to learnAvailable to work Monday through Friday on any shiftOpen for OvertimePay & Schedule:Pay Range: $19–$22 per hour (depending on experience and shift)Shifts Available:1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:10 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:10 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:10 AMWEEKLY PAY!!
