We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aesthetic treatments and be proficient in various beauty services. As a Laser Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction while utilizing advanced laser technology for skin treatments.
Duties
- Perform RF micro needling and other laser-based skin treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Monitor client progress throughout treatment sessions and adjust techniques as necessary for optimal results.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to laser treatments.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the facility to provide comprehensive services to clients.
- Document all client interactions, treatments performed, and any relevant observations in the client management system.
Experience
Candidates should have experience or training in one or more of the following areas:
- Retail sales
- Dermabrasion
- Microneedling
- Familiar with RF microneedling, Morpheus 8
- Dermal fillers
- Botulinum toxin treatment
- and more
The ideal candidate should be passionate about aesthetics, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional client service as well as insuring safety.
