About Us:
Revival Therapy is interested in hiring a skilled OTR to provide in-home and in-clinic occupational therapy services to pediatric and young adult clients. Revival Therapy delivers mental health, OT, and ABA services throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson communities. Revival Therapy is dedicated to providing holistic treatment to those at risk for mental health concerns, as well as cognitive, physical and/or developmental dysfunction or delay. Our clinicians utilize a client-centered approach that emphasizes individualized treatment planning and feedback for guiding therapeutic sessions. Data-driven interventions are delivered throughout treatment to ensure objective treatment approaches to facilitate mental/physical health, developmental milestone attainment, and overall well-being. Services take place within our clinic and within the home.
Job Requirements:
- Nevada Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L)
- Nevada Provisional License (If qualified experience)
- Valid Nevada Driver's License
- One year of outpatient pediatric experience
- W-9 contract (Independent Contractor)
License Dependent Skills:
- Professional interpersonal skills to provide client/caregiver education to facilitate strategies in daily routines and age typical activities
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
- Conducting thorough evaluations and creating treatment plans
- Providing modification to interventions depending on treatment response
- Individual in this position is responsible for screening, identification, treatment, intervention, and follow-up services for children and young adults with developmental delays and/or disabilities
- Must have ability to manage children with behavior problems
- Work with family members and caregivers to help clients reach potential and incorporate strategies in daily routines.
- Maintain clear and accurate record of services provided
