Mitigation Technician, Memphis, TN
Pay: $18.00 to $28.00/hour | Full-Time | In-Person

Revival Restoration responds when a pipe bursts, a fire tears through a home, or a storm rolls through Memphis. As a Mitigation Technician, you're the first person on scene: extracting water, tearing out damage, setting up equipment, and giving a family or team of office staff the reassurance that things are about to get better. No two days look the same, and the work you do actually matters to the people you're doing it for.

● We prefer current IICRC Certification. If not, we'll get you IICRC certified within your first 6 months, fully paid.No certification required to start; a driver's license and 1 year of water damage experience is all we need to apply.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
● Respond to water, fire, mold, and emergency calls, sometimes as part of our on-call rotation during storms and high-demand events
● Handle hands-on mitigation work: extraction, structural drying, demolition, dehumidification
● Run hand and power tools to get the job done right
● Keep your vehicle and gear jobsite-ready every shift
● Document your work using tools like Encircle and PSA, and check in daily with your Superintendent on progress
● Sometimes you work with your team, sometimes alone, and sometimes with subs
What We're Looking For
● 1 year of water damage restoration experience (required)
● Valid driver's license (required)
● IICRC certification (preferred, but not required)
● Someone who stays composed when conditions change fast, and takes ownership of the work in front of them
● Able to commute to Memphis, TN 38103
