Revival Restoration ATX is a small, owner-operated exterior cleaning company based in Austin. We specialize primarily in residential window cleaning, along with pressure washing and exterior services.

We’re growing intentionally and looking to bring on one motivated, performance-driven individual who wants to earn based on output — not just hours.

This is an independent contractor position with clear pay progression and performance incentives.

Compensation Structure

• $22/hour during initial training phase

• $25/hour once fully trained and handling jobs independently

• $30/hour once efficient and requiring no supervision

• Performance-based commission on upsells completed on-site

If you’re confident communicating with homeowners and identifying additional service opportunities, you can significantly increase your income.

This role rewards initiative.

What the Work Involves

• Interior & exterior window cleaning (traditional water-fed pole)
• Frequent ladder work (must be experienced and confident)
• Pressure washing driveways, patios, siding, etc.
• Outdoor work in Texas heat
• Protecting landscaping and property
• Communicating professionally with homeowners

This is physical, hands-on work. You will sweat. But the results are visible and rewarding.

Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable and experienced on ladders (non-negotiable)
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Has reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license

Prior window cleaning or pressure washing experience is a major plus and will accelerate advancement.
