OVERVIEW:

The Innkeeper is the main employee for each property. As an extension of the property itself, the Innkeeper will live on site and conduct all required daily activities at the hotel in conjunction with a team as needed. The Innkeeper role reports directly into Revival Hotel’s management team and focuses on the day-to-day operations of the hotel, managing adherence to Revival Hotel’s standards and processes.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain overall cleanliness of the property and its public areas in accordance with Hideaway Inn Standards

· Provide excellent service to guests, responding to guest requests

· Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room in accordance with Hideaway Inn Standards and processes

· Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift

· Collect and remove trash and debris

· Work with other associates to ensure the continued maintenance and cleanliness of the property and overall service to guests

· Scan and send all invoices and other mail items to Revival Hotels support

· Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to Revival Hotels support

· Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

· Receive all orders, organize, and conduct inventories as required by Revival Hotels

· Live on property, responding to guest requests and property emergencies

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or GED certificate

· At least 5 of hospitality experience; housekeeping experience preferred

· Administrative Skills

· Knowledge of English language

· Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents

· Attention to detail

· Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods

· Ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
