Field Supervisor

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to join our team here at Revival Home & Professional Construction. The successful candidate will lead and oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring that all activities adhere to safety standards, project specifications, and schedules. The Field Supervisor will uphold Revival's standard of providing clients with a product that is defect free, timely, and communicates care. The ideal candidate will provide direction, leadership, and coordination between the crew and office staff, as well as have strong leadership skills and extensive construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget performance for all active job sites and field crew members
• Pre-job planning: Review plans, materials, construction methods, and timelines
• Weekly field planning: Coordinate with Business manager, project managers on schedules, inspections, materials, and crews
• Assist when necessary on complex builds
• Jobsite quality checks: ensure compliance, craftsmanship, and safety
• Mentor & train crew members
• Documentation and Reporting
• Encourage a team culture where crews are motivated to perform well and efficiently, helping projects stay on schedule and maintaining company standards

Experience

• 5 years of residential carpentry, with experience and a strong understanding of custom remodeling and new construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and detailed specifications.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on both team motivation and customer communication.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of a construction project without direct supervision of the team.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
