We are a growing regenerative medicine and medical aesthetics clinic committed to offering non-surgical, non-invasive, and drug-free solutions for health, wellness, and longevity. As we expand our services beyond chiropractic care into advanced regenerative therapies and aesthetics, we are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and help guide patients through their wellness journey.
About the Role:
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our patients. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service, help educate patients about their treatment options, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their care plan.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Coordinate and schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments
- Educate patients about our services and treatment options
- Manage patient records accurately using our EMR system (training provided)
- Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones, maintaining correspondence, and managing office supplies
- Support marketing efforts, patient communications, and occasional events
- Process payments and manage basic financial transactions related to patient care
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to improve the patient experience and clinic operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front office, administrative, or patient care role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; software is a plus (training available)
- Professional appearance and health-conscious lifestyle reflective of our practice values
- Interest in regenerative medicine, medical aesthetics, or wellness industries is a bonus
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- Comfort with basic sales or promotional activities is helpful
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
