REVIV Fergus Falls is seeking a mature, motivated, confident Client Experience and Growth Coordinator to join our growing integrated medicine, aesthetics, wellness, and beauty practice.
This is a client-facing sales and growth role with important administrative responsibilities. The right candidate will help create a polished client experience, support service education, manage follow-up, assist with scheduling and payment flow, understand the importance of social media, and contribute to sales, outreach, and business growth.
This is not a typical passive front desk role. While the position has a defined hourly schedule, it requires ownership, follow-through, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to client relationships, service quality, sales support, and practice growth.
Position Summary
The Client Experience and Growth Coordinator will support both client administration and business growth. This person must be able to communicate confidently, follow up with clients, support sales conversations, collect payments, schedule appointments, learn our services, and help clients understand their options.
We are looking for someone who is professional, composed, certain, and strong in client relations. The right candidate should enjoy solving problems, engaging with people, understanding how social media supports brand awareness and client interest, and helping grow a practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client scheduling and calendar flow
- Collect payments and support professional service flow
- Confirm appointments and manage client communication
- Complete client follow-up before and after visits
- Support warm lead outreach
- Assist with cold outreach when appropriate
- Educate clients on REVIV services and products
- Support sales conversations and individual sales opportunities
- Assist with upselling services, packages, products, and wellness offerings
- Learn and communicate product and service knowledge across REVIV offerings
- Support client conversion from inquiry to booked appointment
- Assist with events, outreach, promotions, and business development efforts
- Support social media efforts through awareness of services, promotions, client education, content opportunities, events, and brand messaging
- Support service delivery and client preparation
- Maintain a polished, professional, and organized client experience
- Help identify problems, improve workflow, and support daily operations
