Corporate Paralegal – In-House Opportunity | Renewable Energy
A Rhode Island-based renewable energy development company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our growing in-house legal team. This is a full-time, in-office position reporting directly to the General Counsel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, transaction due diligence, contract administration and management, and supporting commercial finance, M&A, and real estate closings under attorney supervision.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience preparing and reviewing commercial agreements and closing-related documents under attorney supervision
- Experience assembling and managing comprehensive closing checklists
- General familiarity with commercial, finance, M&A, and real estate transactions
- Experience in entity formation, dissolutions, and corporate maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in commercial title review and due diligence is a plus
- Legal AI functionality is a plus
- Prior “Big Law” firm experience is a plus
