Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Hybrid or In-Person
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing behavioral health practice. This position offers the flexibility to start part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time. We offer flexible scheduling with hybrid virtual and in-office work options to support both client access and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy as appropriate.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
- Coordinate care with primary care providers, psychiatrists, schools, community agencies, and other members of the client's treatment team as needed.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment interventions based on clinical needs.
- Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Qualifications / Requirements
Education
- Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
Licensure
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of practice.
- Additional credentials or certifications are a plus.
Experience
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred.
- Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.

- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and therapeutic rapport-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $50.00 - $90.00 per hour
