We're looking for a Medical Assistant who combines genuine clinical skill with a passion for the beauty and longevity world — someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional care in a sophisticated, science-driven environment.
Our physician performs some of the most sought-after treatments on the island — including Botox and dermal fillers, PDO threads, liquid facelifts, PRP therapies, body contouring, laser skin resurfacing, hormone replacement therapy (TRT/BHRT), medical weight management, and more. What You'll Do
- Clinical support — assist our physician during aesthetic procedures, manage labs, prescriptions, and patient inquiries with precision
- Patient experience — build genuine rapport with clients, ensuring they feel welcomed, educated, and supported through their entire treatment journey
- Clinic excellence — maintain a pristine, organized environment and ensure all medical devices are procedure-ready at all times
- Records management — manage patient records and CRM systems accurately and with absolute discretion
Who You Are
- Clinically trained — MA, EMT, Phlebotomist, or equivalent hands-on clinical background
- Genuinely passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and helping people feel their best
- Detail obsessed — you catch things before anyone else does and fix them quietly
- Calm and composed in a fast-paced environment — you multitask without breaking a sweat
- Tech fluent — comfortable with modern software, CRM systems, and digital communication
- Currently on Maui and looking for a stable, long-term career home
