Company Background: Revitalize Physical Therapy provides hands-on, one on one, personalized care in a private, comfortable setting. Our priority is to help our clients live a healthy, active life and do the things they enjoy the most. We are the women’s health physical therapy experts and treat common pelvic floor issues during pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and everything in between. In addition, we also offer small group exercise classes, run video analysis, and functional health services. Locations in Hales Corners and Wauwatosa.

Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will be primarily at our Hales Corners location with occasional travel between both offices and/or events. This person manages the planning, execution and monitoring of all digital, print and event marketing. This includes: social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, graphic design, print marketing, website design and performance, and event management. The ideal candidate would have high-level computer skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, exceptional communication skills and prior knowledge of marketing strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Active role in strategic content and marketing planning
• Implementing social media content and paid advertising
• Utilizing email software for client and lead follow up, email campaigns and sales
• Management of key performance indicators with all paid advertising
• Graphic design of content images, print advertising, client materials, etc
• Publishing and editing of blog, podcast and video materials
• Managing website changes and updates, keyword performance and SEO
• Publishing and promotion of any marketing events held in conjunction with Revitalize
• Execution of any marketing campaigns utilizing mail, email, website, or digital marketing
• Basic video editing and publishing on Youtube and management of performance
• Strategic marketing planning for monthly, quarterly and annual goals in conjunction with the CEO of Revitalize Physical Therapy
• Reporting and management of KPIs from various platforms for monthly, quarterly, and annual review

Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional commitment to customer service and a sincere desire to assist clients

• Outstanding communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Office 365, and

Google Drive equivalent services

• Working knowledge of iPhone and iPad technology
• Must be comfortable using internet-based websites and applications; ability to learn the current software systems and website management software
• Strong attention to detail; demonstrate flexible and efficient time management.
• Organized, flexible, able to prioritize and to work on multiple tasks at the same time; able to problem solve independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility in working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Physical Demands:
May be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
Must reach, bend, stoop, lift throughout the day
Must sit, walk, stand throughout the day
Some repetitive motion may be required
