About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, on-site team member to support our clinic. In this role, you’ll perform DEXA scans and body composition reviews as well as patient coordinator clinical support, helping ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for our patients throughout their visit.

Many DEXA clients are not yet established Revitalize patients. A key part of this role is connecting with people, learning about their health goals, and helping them understand the value of speaking with a Revitalize provider. When someone is interested in learning more, you’ll make a warm handoff to our acquisitions team, which will answer additional questions and handle consultation scheduling.

This role offers exceptional exposure to multiple areas of the clinic, making it ideal for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to grow in both wellness and clinical operations. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting providers, educating patients, operating a cutting-edge body composition program, and helping prospective patients connect with the right resources.

What You’ll Do

DEXA Technician

• Operate our Hologic DEXA scanner to perform full-body and bone density scans
• Obtain vitals before each scan
• Educate patients on scan results and provide supportive, actionable feedback
• Create a welcoming experience and build trust with each DEXA client
• Learn about clients’ health interests, concerns, and goals
• Help clients understand how meeting with a provider may offer personalized guidance
• Identify clients who are interested in learning more about Revitalize’s services
• Make warm, timely handoffs to the acquisitions team
• Provide the acquisitions team with helpful context from client conversations
• Track patient progress and collaborate with providers
• Help grow and promote the DEXA program as demand increases
• Maintain appropriate boundaries between general education and medical advice

Patient Care Coordinator

• Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email to support care
• Educate patients on self-injections and treatment expectations
• Assist in maintaining a smooth and exceptional patient experience
• Support providers and other team members as needed
• Remain flexible and willing to assist with changing clinic priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Has or is willing to obtain a Bone Densitometry certificate through a 16-hour course
• Prior experience with DEXA or X-ray machines
• Medical Assistant or medical office experience
• Previous experience as a patient coordinator, care coordinator, patient concierge, health coach, or similar role
• Experience helping patients or customers understand the value of a service and take an appropriate next step
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, EHR systems, and web-based tools

• This position is full-time and onsite only
• Remote work and part-time schedules are not available
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Sandy, UT prior to starting
