Mobile and In House IV Nurse - LPN, RN, NP

Position Summary

We’re looking for a licensed, personable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team part-time and deliver mobile IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapy to clients across the Columbus metro area. This role combines clinical skill with excellent bedside manner — you’ll be the face of Revital Wellness in clients’ homes, so professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail matter as much as technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client-designated locations (homes, offices, hotels, and event sites) to administer IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapies per physician-approved protocols

• Perform pre-treatment client assessments, including reviewing health history, vital signs, and contraindications

• Insert and manage peripheral IV lines safely and skillfully, monitoring clients throughout infusion for adverse reactions

• Educate clients on treatment options, ingredients, and aftercare

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client visits, consent forms, and treatment records

• Handle, transport, and store medications and supplies in compliance with state regulations and cold-chain requirements

• Respond promptly and calmly to any adverse reactions or emergencies, following established protocols

• Restock and manage a mobile supply kit; report inventory needs to the studio

• Represent Revital Wellness Studio’s brand with professionalism during every client interaction

• Coordinate scheduling and route logistics with the studio’s booking system

Revital Wellness Studio is a recovery and wellness business in Gahanna, Ohio, offering IV hydration therapy, massage therapy, skin therapy, sauna, red light therapy, local cryotherapy, cold plunge, and compression boot recovery. We’re expanding our IV hydration program to include mobile visits, bringing personalized wellness care directly to clients’ homes, offices, and events.
