Revista Realty is seeking a Partner Agent to join our high-performing, system-driven real estate team.
This is a unique opportunity for a licensed agent who wants consistent income (base salary) upside (commission) while plugging into a business that already generates opportunities, provides support, and is built to scale.
You focus on closing and client experience—we handle the rest.
What You’ll Do
- Work side by side with Desi, a top-producing agent
- Conduct buyer consultations
- Convert inbound leads into signed clients
- Show homes and attend key appointments
- Maintain communication and pipeline in CRM
- Deliver a high-level client experience that drives referrals
Compensation
- Base salary commission
