What You Will Do
Maintain and update client records across internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
Review documentation for completeness and consistency
Input and verify financial and client data in a timely manner
Generate reports and data summaries to support advisors and leadership
Organize and safeguard confidential client information
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clean and consistent data flow
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting it right the first time
Experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Clear communication and the ability to work across teams
Preferred Experience
Background in financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry
