Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Solution Design and Optimization
- Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and related platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable system designs.
- Recommend best practices for automation, workflows, and design reporting, , and user experience.
- Build and maintain technical processes aligned to user needs and business requirements.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify operational gaps and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Support the day-to-day Salesforce processes needed to keep the platform running effectively,.(or describe as “serve as backup” on order form and promotional setup and management)
- On-going connectivity with broader Revision IT team to ensure alignment on project priorities and execution
- Conduct regular system audits focused on data quality, field usage, and automation health.
- Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing platform enhancement support.
- Create and deliver training, documentation, and best-practice guidance as needed.
- 5 years of Salesforce administration, consulting, or solution engineering, experience.
- Strong expertise across Salesforce ecosystem products including Sales Cloud, , and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware tools, and external data platforms to ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, automation tools, and governance best practices.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to partner cross functionally to achieve company objectives.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, , or Architect credentials.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
