Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate production employees to meet daily production goals.
- Operate production equipment and provide hands-on support as needed.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards.
- Train new employees on safety procedures and production processes.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient production.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate forklifts safely and assist with material movement.
- Support second-shift operations by starting early, staying late, or working overtime when required.
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop production teams.
- Experience operating production equipment.
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as business needs require.
- High school diploma or GED required.
