What does your day look like as our HR Manager?
- Play a key role and serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees, managing day-to-day human resources operations including payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
- Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for key roles, including posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support performance management processes, including coaching managers and facilitating reviews.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Administer and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist the organization with company licenses and EHS certifications.
- Manage HR staff and provide guidance and support, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What will make you successful? What is required?
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- You must have 5-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
- You must have strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- You must be proficient with UKG Workforce Ready.
- We prefer you to have your SHRM-CP or PHR Certification.
