Why You’ll Love This Opportunity
- Full-time or part-time schedule, working 3–5 days per week
- Flexible scheduling with Saturday flexibility
- See approximately 3 patients per hour
- Comprehensive primary and medical eye care
- All-age patient population, starting around age 4
- Strong support from experienced ODs, technicians, and opticians
- Technicians handle pre-testing and additional testing, allowing you to focus on your patients
- Opportunity to provide and expand specialty contact lens services
- Practice prioritizes spending time with patients and building strong patient relationships rather than rushing through exams
- Family-owned and doctor-owned practice with a strong reputation in the community
- Recently updated office with new exam lanes and advanced diagnostic technology
Practice With Modern Equipment, Including
- Brand-new Optomap
- New, top-of-the-line OCT
- Visual fields
- Digital exam lanes
- Digital phoropters
- Corneal topographer
- EHR
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions
- Provide primary and medical eye care
- Perform contact lens examinations and fittings
- Utilize advanced diagnostic technology
- Educate patients on their ocular health and treatment options
- Build lasting relationships with patients of all ages
- Opportunity to incorporate specialty contact lenses based on your interests
- Licensed Optometrist in Ohio
- Open to new graduates and experienced ODs
- 2027 graduates may be considered
- Strong patient communication and rapport-building skills
- Patient-focused approach with a commitment to providing thorough, unhurried care
- Specialty interests are welcome, but no specific specialty is required
- Competitive salary based on experience and schedule
- Sign-on bonus or student loan repayment option
- Pension plan with contributions available for both full-time and part-time ODs
- Up to 6% contribution for part-time ODs
